1st LD: Aircraft found crashed in Nepal

An aircraft of missing Tara Airlines with 23 people on board has been found crashed in Myagdi District in Nepal on Wednesday afternoon.

Ananda Prasad Pokharel, Minister for Tourism and Civil Aviation, told Xinhua, "The crashed plane has been found in a forest in Myagdi District".

It has been reported that the aircraft crashed after colliding with trees.

Local police say the bodies are not in identifiable position at the site.

The aircraft was carrying 18 passengers including two infants and three crew members.

A Hong Kong resident surnamed Mak and a Kuwaiti national were among the passengers. Enditem
