Xinhua, February 22, 2016 Adjust font size:

Police in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region have uncovered a drug production and distribution ring, with six suspects detained and 40 kilograms of drugs seized.

Five suspects, including two with the surname He, have been charged and another, identified as Chen, has been detained for consuming controlled substances, according to a drug enforcement officer with Lingshan County Public Security Bureau on Sunday.

Ecstasy, ketamine, methamphetamine and nimetazepam were seized by police at the production site in Fujiulang Village of Lingshan County on Feb. 16, the officer said.

The ring was well organized with each gang member assigned a particular role. The investigation continues. Endi
