Urgent: One confirmed dead after low crane collapses in lower Manhattan

One people was killed and two others seriously injured after a crane collapsed on Friday onto cars in lower Manhattan, New York.

It is reported that the crane falls at 40 Worth Street at around 8 am local time (1300GMT). The street is closed for now. The situation is in fluid and it is not clear if there are more people trapped in cars at the moment. Endi
