LME base metals increase on Wednesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 71.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.57 percent, to 4,614 dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 7 dollars, or 0.46 percent, to 1,518.5 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 23 dollars, or 1.32 percent, to 1,771 dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 28 dollars, or 1.70 percent, to 1,679 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 75 dollars, or 0.89 percent, to 8,480 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 212.5 dollars, or 1.45 percent, to 14,887.5 dollars a tonne. Endit
