Leicester City's Andrej Kramaric joins Hoffenheim on loan

Xinhua, January 21, 2016 Adjust font size:

Hoffenheim have completed the loan deal with striker Andrej Kramaric from Premier League runner up Leicester City, the Bundesliga side announced via the club's official homepage on Wednesday.

The "TSG" have increased their options in the offense as Kramaric has penned a six-months loan contract.

"We are delighted that we were able to realize this transfer. Andrej is an extremely prolific striker, who will give our attacking game a new impetus," Hoffenheim's sporting director Alexander Rosen said.

The 24-year-old striker played until January 2015 for Croatia's top-flight club HNK Rijeka where he marked 55 goals in 64 games before he joined Premier League side Leicester City to score two goals in 15 appearances since his arrival.

"I am very excited about Hoffenheim and the Bundesliga. I will do my part to avoid the relegation with Hoffenheim," the new arrival said.
