LME base metals increase mostly on Wednesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher mostly on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 5 U.S. dollars, or 0.11 percent, to 4,367.5 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 1.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.10 percent, to 1,454.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 10 U.S. dollars, or 0.62 percent, to 1,620 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial zinc price increased 19.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.33 percent, to 1,485.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 12.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.15 percent, to 8,220 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 75 U.S. dollars, or 0.57 percent, to 13,250 U.S. dollars a tonne. Enditem
