British FTSE 100 decreases 1.04 pct on Wednesday

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Wednesday decreased by 1.04 percent, or 63.86 points, to 6,073.38 points.

Share price of BAE Systems increased by 3.74 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Kingfisher, Worldpay Group, Imperial Tobacco Group, National Grid increased by 3.14 percent, 1.84 percent, 1.79 percent and 1.79 percent respectively.

BHP Billiton led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 4.91 percent, followed by Rio Tinto (4.80 percent), Anglo American (4.52 percent), Sports Direct International (3.44 percent) and Standard Chartered (3.14 percent). Endit
