5 killed in wrong-way car collision near Miami

Five people were killed and two other were injured early Wednesday in a wrong-way collision on the northbound highway I-95 near the U.S. city of Miami, Florida.
Local media outlets reported that the accident occurred when a woman in her 20s driving a pickup truck was heading the wrong way on the interstate highway 95. The truck sideswiped several vehicles before hitting head-on a car.
The truck driver and all four adults in the car were killed on the scene. Two of the adults were ejected out of the car after the collision, the reports said.
Two other people were injured and taken to hospital for treatment, police investigators were quoted as saying.
Some of the people involved are foreign nationals, but their identities remained unknown, the reports added. Endi
