Heat throttles Pelicans 94-88 in OT

Chris Bosh had 30 points and 10 rebounds as the Miami Heat beat the New Orleans Pelicans 94-88 in overtime on Friday.

   Dwyane Wade had 19 points and Hassan Whiteside grabbed eight points and 17 rebounds for Miami, which did a good job on Christmas Day with a NBA-best 10-2 all-time, including seven straight wins. 

   "When the pressure is highest, that's when they show the most courage," the Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said.

   Davis led the Pelicans with 29 points, 15 rebounds, four assists and four steals. Ryan Anderson scored 18 points and Eric Gordon finished with 16.  Endi
