Spanish stock market rises 3 pct

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 3.0 percent on Tuesday to close at 9,711 points, up from the 9,428.50 points of Monday.

On Tuesday's session, ArcelorMittal shares led rises climbing 5.94 percent, followed by Indra A, Mediaset, DIA, Amadeus and Telefonica which rose 4.92 percent, 4.76 percent, 4.70 percent, 4.63 percent and 4.44 percent respectively.

Acerinox shares also increased, 0.40 percent, as well as FCC, Endesa, Gas Natural, AENA and Ferrovial shares that climbed 1.01 percent, 1.12 percent, 1.18 percent, 1.43 percent and 1.46 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.7 percent and Spain's risk premium closed at 113.50 points, both showing no large differences when compared with Monday. Endit
