Spanish stock market drops 2.10 pct, closes at 9,428 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 2.10 percent on Monday to close at 9,428.50 points, down from the 9,630.70 points of Friday.

On Monday's session, OHL shares led falls plummeting 7.23 percent, followed by Sacyr, ArcelorMittal, Repsol, ACS and Banco Santander which lost 7.14 percent, 6.71 percent, 3.89 percent, 3.83 percent and 3.52 percent respectively.

On the other hand, AENA shares led rises, inching up 0.38 percent, followed only by Indra A which rose 0.22 percent.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 115.10 points on Monday at closing time, rising from the 109.40 points of Friday, while Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.7 percent, showing no big differences when compared with Friday. Endit
