Chinese President's envoy to visit Turkmenistan

Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy, Vice President Li Yuanchao, will pay a visit to Turkmenistan from Dec. 10 to 13, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying announced on Tuesday.

Hua said that during the visit, Li will attend the 20th anniversary celebration on Turkmenistan's status of permanent neutrality, which was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in December 1995. Endi
