Hong Kong stocks dropped 298.09 points, or 1.34 percent, to close on Tuesday at 21,905.13 points.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 21,765.62 and 22,058.55. Turnover totaled 76.27 billion HK dollars (9.84 billion U.S. dollars). Endit
