Spanish stock market falls 0.36 pct, closes at 10,042 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex 35 fell 0.36 percent on Monday to close at 10,042.40 points, down from the 10,078.70 points of Friday.

On Monday's session, Repsol shares led falls losing 5.56 percent, followed by OHL, Sacyr, FCC, ArcelorMittal and Tecnicas Reunidas that lost 5.18 percent, 4.48 percent, 3.79 percent, 3.63 percent and 3.22 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Inditex shares led rises climbing 1.88 percent, followed by IAG, Abertis A, Gas Natural, Amadeus and DIA that rose 1.82 percent, 1.12 percent, 0.88 percent, 0.70 percent and 0.67 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 104 points, slightly below the 106.30 points of Friday, while Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.6 percent, also slightly below the 1.744 percent of Friday. Endit
