Chinese to spend 250 bln yuan in foreign restaurants

The collective restaurant bill for Chinese traveling overseas in 2015 will stand at 250 billion yuan (39 billion U.S. dollars) in 2015, a report suggested on Monday.

Some 117 million Chinese tourists traveled abroad in 2014. They spent more than 200 billion yuan on dining, according to the research by Meituan Dianping, China's largest group buying company.

Enjoying delicious food is part of Chinese people's itinerary when traveling overseas, according to the report. Endi
