Xinhua, December 1, 2015 Adjust font size:

'It will be war', are the words that were echoed by Namibian boxer, Paulus 'The Rock' Ambunda, during a press meeting held in the capital Windhoek on Tuesday morning, as he prepares to defend his International IBO Super Bantamweight title against Jason 'Nugget' Cooper from Australia in a fight slated for Dec.5.

During the press meeting, Ambunda in a cool collected voice said that he is ready to trade leather with the Australian and currently everything on his side is under control.

Cooper who arrived in Namibia, on Monday said he is prepared to go the whole 12 rounds against Ambunda and if the opportunity is availed to him he will knock out his opponent.

In his last fight outside Australia, Cooper lost to Chinese boxer Jun Qui Xiao on points during an interim WBC Youth World super bantamweight title and WBC Asian Boxing Council Continental super bantamweight title fight.

Meanwhile, the fight is set to be an epic event in Namibia's boxing calendar as it marks SuperSports's debut live boxing broadcast from Namibia.
