Urgent: Indonesian investigators release AirAsia crash probe results

Indonesian investigators on Tuesday revealed the causes of AirAsia incident in Dec. 2014 in the country's waters, saying the incident was caused by human errors and technical problems at the aircraft, Nurcahyo utomo, one of the investigators said here. Enditem
