Officials in N. China city arrested over bribery charges

Prosecutors are investigating two officials in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for allegedly taking bribes, according to the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP).

Xue Peiming, former vice mayor of Ulanqab in Inner Mongolia, and Xiao Wanshou, vice chairman of Ulanqab municipal committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, were arrested on Nov. 27, the SPP said Monday in a statement. Endi
