LME base metals close higher on Thursday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Thursday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 55.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.21 percent, to 4,627.5 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 38.5 U.S. dollars, or 2.64 percent, to 1,497 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 20 U.S. dollars, or 1.24 percent, to 1,635 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 26 U.S. dollars, or 1.64 percent, to 1,609 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 152.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.70 percent, to 9,137.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 262.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.79 percent, to 14,925 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
