LME base metals prices close higher on Tuesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Tuesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 100 U.S. dollars, or 2.23 percent, to 4,578 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 13.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.94 percent, to 1,447.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 34 U.S. dollars, or 2.17 percent, to 1,602 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 44 U.S. dollars, or 2.87 percent, to 1,578 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 410 U.S. dollars, or 4.96 percent, to 8,675 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price lost 50 U.S. dollars, or 0.35 percent, to 14,375 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
