Chinese Foreign Ministry on Monday confirmed a brief conversation between Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Li and Abe talked on the sidelines of a series of annual leaders' meetings on East Asia cooperation in Malaysia, according to Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hong Lei. Endi
