The fifth edition of the U-17 Women's World Cup will be held in Jordan in 2016. Africa has three slots for the finals.

The Namibia Football Association (NFA) said Thursday that the girls have already beem in camp at the association's technical center in Windhoek.

According to the NFA, the girls will play a friendly match against the senior women's shadow squad on Saturday.

Namibia U-17 coach Mervin Mbakera admitted that the the Botswana game would be tough because for most of the girls it is their first time playing out of the country.

"A win will be great but we need at least a draw away from home. The girls are focused and enjoying themselves, but we have a long way to go and are working very hard on that," Mbakera said.  Endi
