1st LD: 20 Indians in Mali hotel under siege

At least 20 Indians were among the hostages inside a luxury hotel when it was attacked by militants in the Malian capital of Bamako on Friday, said Indian officials.

It was not known if they had been released after 80 were allowed to leave the Radisson Hotel.

The Indian ambassador to Mali was in constant touch with them, said the officials. Endit
