Spanish stock market falls 0.99 pct, closes at 10,261 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex 35 fell 0.99 percent on Wednesday to close at 10,261.10 points, down from the 10,363.80 points of Tuesday.

IAG shares led falls on Wednesday losing 3.11 percent, followed by Telefonica, Inditex, Abengoa "B", Grifols and R.E.C. that lost 2.20 percent, 2.07 percent, 1.55 percent, 1.28 percent and 1.09 percent respectively.

On the other hand, ArcelorMittal shares led rises climbing 4.35 percent, followed by OHL, Acerinox, Sacyr, Repsol and ACS that rose 3.95 percent, 3.34 percent, 3.21 percent, 1.72 percent and 1.70 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 123.60 points on Wednesday closing time and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.7 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Tuesday closing time. Endit
