Indian stocks closed higher on Monday as the wholesale inflation data released during market hours boosted investor sentiment.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 25,760.10, 149.57 points or 0.58 percent up from previous close of 25,610.53, with a turnover of 427.43 crore rupees (about 64.6 million U.S. dollars). Endit
