China to host 4th China-CEE summit next week

The fourth leaders' meeting of China and Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries will be held in east China's Suzhou city from Nov.24 to 25, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced on Monday.

The leaders from the sixteen Central and Eastern European countries including Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Republic of Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia will attend the meeting, at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, spokesman Hong Lei said at a routine press briefing.

China and the sixteen countries will discuss how to further promote cooperation and development. Chinese President Xi Jinping will meet the 16 countries' leaders in Beijing, Hong said. Endi
