Xinhua, November 5, 2015 Adjust font size:

The Albanian and Croatian health ministries have signed a three-year health and medical plan for 2015 to 2018 in Zagreb, the Albanian Telegraphic Agency reported on Wednesday.

According to the Albanian health ministry, the most important aspects of cooperation are those relating to the priorities of the Albanian government program, including the functioning of primary health care and its relationship with local government, the national emergency service, reform of drugs markets and medical devices; as well as electronic health.

Also, bilateral cooperation will be extended to other areas of health care, such as education and health research, sending Albanian patients in Croatia for more specialized service in special cases, and forms of exchange of information on health programs and implementing specialized training for health workers.
