Xinhua, October 23, 2015 Adjust font size:

Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying on Friday met visiting Chairman of the Japan-Hong Kong Parliamentarian League (JHKPL), Masahiko Komura, at the Chief Executive's Office to exchange views on issues of mutual concern.

Leung thanked the JHKPL for supporting the work of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (Tokyo) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government over the years in promoting the economic and trade exchanges between the two places.

He said he hoped that the two sides would continue to maintain exchanges on all fronts.

Leung also encouraged more Japanese enterprises to leverage on Hong Kong's dual advantages of "one country" and "two systems" and its role as a "super-connector" to access the markets of Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland as well as the region. Endit
