Last-minute goal sends UAE's Al Ahli into AFC Champions League final

South Korean defender Kwon Kyung-won's last-minute goal here on Tuesday gifted UAE giants Al Ahli from Dubai a final berth of the AFC Champions League.

Al Ahli beat Al Hilal from Saudi Arabia 3-2 at home in the second leg of the semifinal and advanced with a 4-3 aggregate win.

In the final, Al Ahli will face the winner of the other semifinal which is decided on Wednesday between China's Guangzhou Evergrade and Japan's Gamba Osaka. Guangzhou won the first leg 2-1 at home on Sept. 30.

Al Ahli is the first UAE club to reach the final in 10 years. Endi
