Japan posts 114.5 bln yen trade deficit in September

The Japanese Finance Ministry said Wednesday that the country's goods trade deficit in September stayed at 114.5 billion yen (about 955.2 million U.S. dollars).

The ministry said in a preliminary report that, on a customs-cleared basis, the world's third largest economy's exports rose 0.6 percent from a year earlier, while imports declined 11.1 percent. Endit
