Borussia Dortmund eye move for Pato

Xinhua, October 10, 2015 Adjust font size:

Borussia Dortmund are preparing an offer to sign Alexandre Pato in Europe's January transfer window, according media reports in Brazil.

The 26-year-old striker is in the final two months of a two-year loan deal with Sao Paulo from local rivals Corinthians.

Having been struck down by injuries in recent seasons, Pato has struck prolific form in 2015 with 24 goals across all competitions.

Dortmund are willing to pay 10 million euros to sign the former AC Milan forward, according to Sambafoot.

The German club faces competition from Tottenham Hotspur and Schalke, who are also said to be keen to sign the Brazil international. Endt
