Urgent: Gold futures extend gains to fourth successive session

Gold futures on the COMEX division of the New York Mercantile Exchange extended gains on Wednesday to its highest settlement since Sept. 24.

The most active gold contract for December delivery closed up 2.30 U.S. dollars, or 0.20 percent, to settle at 1,148.70 dollars per ounce. Enditem
