Urgent: U.S. stocks surge despite disappointing jobs data

U.S. stocks reversed deep losses to end sharply higher Friday, as investors believed that the possibility for the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates this year becomes lower following a poor nonfarm payroll report.

The Dow jumped over 1.2 percent, and the S&P 500 gained 1.4 percent, while the Nasdaq leapt 1.7 percent. Endit
