Spanish stock market rises 0.38 pct, closes at 9,603 points

Spanish stock market index Ibex 35 rose 0.38 percent on Friday to close at 9,603.60 points, up from the 9,567.30 points of Thursday.

Share values were up 0.88 percent in the week as a whole, with Spain's risk premium closing at 126.60 points on Friday and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closing at 1.7 percent, slightly below the 1.9 percent of Monday.

On Friday's session, ArcelorMittal shares led rises climbing 6.73 percent, followed by Sacyr, DIA, Acerinox, Repsol and Abengoa "B" that rose 3.25 percent, 2.75 percent, 2.56 percent, 2.32 percent and 2.18 percent respectively.

On the other hand, IAG shares led falls losing 1.89 percent, followed by BBVA, Bankinter, Telefonica, Ferrovial and AENA that lost 1.08 percent, 0.75 percent, 0.52 percent, 0.47 percent and 0.45 percent respectively. Endit
