LME base metals drop on Friday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed lower on Friday.

The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 84.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.65 percent, to 5,033 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 39 U.S. dollars, or 2.46 percent, to 1,547 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price lost 38 U.S. dollars, or 2.29 percent, to 1,622 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price lost 36 U.S. dollars, or 2.11 percent, to 1,667 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 402.5 U.S. dollars, or 3.89 percent, to 9,935 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price lost 10 U.S. dollars, or 0.06 percent, to 15,455 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
