Security officials in the Hamas-run ministry of interior said in a text message that Israeli war jets carried out two separate airstrikes on northern and western Gaza city. No injuries were reported.

Eyewitnesses in Gaza said they first heard the buss of the Israeli war fighters and then they heard two explosions. Rescue crews, ambulances and firefighters arrived at the targeted and found no casualties.

The witnesses said that the Israeli airstrikes targeted training facilities in northern Gaza Strip and in western Gaza city, which belong to Gaza militant groups.

The two Israeli airstrikes on the area were a response to the firing of two rockets from the coastal enclave into southern Israel. Israeli iron dome intercepted the rockets, according to Israel public radio.
