Urgent: Japan's August industrial output declines 0.5 pct

Japan's industrial output in August declined a seasonally adjusted 0.5 percent on a monthly basis, government data showed Wednesday.

The index of output at factories and mines stood at 97.0 against the base of 100 in 2010, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said in a preliminary report. Endi
