State Council appoints, removes officials

China's State Council has appointed and removed several officials, it announced on Tuesday.

Wang Zhongwei was removed from the post of deputy secretary-general of the State Council, China's cabinet.

Peng Youdong was appointed deputy head of the State Forestry Administration, replacing Sun Zhagen.

Shang Bin will no long serve as vice minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Endi
