Chinese shares open higher Friday

Chinese stocks opened higher on Friday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.46 percent at 3,100.28 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.69 percent higher at 9,806.72 points. The ChiNext Index, tracking China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, opened 0.77 percent higher at 1,948.12 points. Endi
