The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said American Airlines flights were grounded Thursday at Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago O'Hare and Miami international airports due to computer issues.
American Airlines "requested a ground stop for all of their traffic in and out of DFW/ORD/MIA due to their computer issue," the FAA said on its Twitter account.
In a response, the airline tweeted: "We're working to resolve technical issues and apologize for the inconvenience." Enditem
