Spanish stock market rises 1.99 pct, closes at 9,976 points

Spanish stock market index Ibex 35 rose 1.99 percent on Wednesday to close at 9,976.80 points, up from the 9,782.50 points of Tuesday.

On Wednesday session, OHL shares led rises climbing 6.48 percent, followed by Gas Natural, Inditex, Acciona, Amadeus and Endesa that rose 6.01 percent, 5.91 percent, 4.20 percent, 2.75 percent and 2.43 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Abertis A shares led falls losing 3.72 percent, followed by Sacyr, Caixabank and AENA that lost 1.33 percent, 0.81 percent and 0.04 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 136.10 points and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 2.1 percent, both showing no big differences with Tuesday closing time. Endit
