Bus petrol bombed, killing two in Cape Town

A bus petrol was bombed in Cape Town on Tuesday evening, leaving two people killed and several others injured, authorities said.

Four passengers were critically injured and several others sustained minor burn wounds in the attack at 7:40 p.m. local time, said JP Smith, a member of the safety and security mayoral committee.

The motive for the attack was unknown and no arrests have been made.

Police said it appeared to be a "random attack". Endit
