LME base metals mostly lower on Friday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) dipped lower on Friday.

In the metals, the three-month unofficial copper price dropped 43.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.81 percent, to 5,349 U.S. dollars per tonne.

In other metals, the three-month unofficial aluminium price was up 1 U.S. dollar, or 0.06 percent, to 1,635.5 U.S. dollars a tonne. The three-month unofficial lead price lost 34 U.S. dollars, or 1.96 percent, to 1,702 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Meanwhile, the three-month unofficial zinc price lost 12 U.S. dollars, or 0.66 percent, to 1,805 U.S. dollars a tonne. The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 215 U.S. dollars, or 2.06 percent, to 10,240 U.S. dollars a tonne. The three-month unofficial tin price was up 275 U.S. dollars, or 1.81 percent, to 15,475 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
