Urgent: Singapore's ruling party PAP to form gov't: vote sample

Singapore's ruling People's Action Party (PAP) have crossed 45-seat mark based on results of sample count so far and will form government, Election Department released on Friday.

The parliamentary 89 seats were split into 16 group representation constituencies (GRCs) and 13 single member constituencies (SMCs). The PAP had 81 of the 87 seats in the parliament at 2011 general election. Endi
