China's top legislator to attend the Fourth World Conference of Speakers of Parliament

At the invitation of Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) President Saber Chowdhury and IPU Secretary-General Martin Chungong, China's top legislator Zhang Dejiang will leave for New York to attend the Fourth World Conference of Speakers of Parliament from August 30 to September 2. Endit
