Frankfurt extend with sporting director Bruno Huebner

Xinhua, August 26, 2015 Adjust font size:

The "Eagles" have extended the contract of their sporting director Bruno Huebner, the German Bundesliga outfit confirmed in an official statement on Tuesday.

The 52-year-old sporting director, who is since 2011 in charge, has put pen to paper on a contract extension until June 2019.

"I am very grateful for the support of the committees. I'm into my work and I hope we can achieve our future objectives together. I'm looking forward to the next few years," Huebner said.

Eintracht Frankfurt's CEO Heribert Bruchhagen added: "With the extension of Bruno Huebner I would like to make sure that the good work will be continued in the long term."

After one loss and one draw, the "Eagles" encounter Stuttgart at the third round in Bundesliga on Saturday. Endi
