Xinhua, August 18, 2015 Adjust font size:

Tokyo issues ended the trading Tuesday slightly lower as investors focused on China's economy after a decline in its stock market in the previous day.

The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average inched down 65.79 points, or 0.32 percent, from Monday at 20,554.47.

The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was down 0.65 point, or 0.04 percent, at 1, 672.22.

Decliners were led by oil and coal products, mining and services issues.

The turnover was about 2,030.9 billion yen (about 16.32 billion U.S. dollars). Endi
