Hong Kong stocks close 2.38 pct lower

Hong Kong stocks closed down 582. 19 points, or 2.38 percent to 23,916.02 points on Wednesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 23,826.96 and 24, 324.19. Turnover totaled 102.99 billion HK dollars (about 13.24 billion U.S. dollars). Endi
