A crew of a motor vessel died and 14 others were rescued when it sank off southern Philippine province of Zamboanga del Sur, the state disaster risk reduction and management agency said Tuesday.

MV LCT Emilia 2 with 15 crew members on board capsized on Sunday about 1.5 nautical miles southeast off Baganian Peninsula in Tabina town.
