Dollar hovers around 124 yen line in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded around the 124 yen line in early trading on Monday, slightly higher from its overnight levels in New York.
At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 124.04-05 yen compared with 123.84-94 yen in New York and 124.21-23 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Friday.
The euro fetched 1.0968-0969 dollars and 136.03-06 yen against 1.0976-0986 dollars and 136.11-21 yen in New York and 1.0934-0935 dollars and 135.81-85 yen in Tokyo late Friday afternoon. Endi
